Trinity Farm Therapeutic Equestrian Center
Trinity Farm is a nonprofit organization that offers a combination of therapeutic, recreational and agricultural programs in an inclusive environment.
Trinity Farm's mission is to make a difference in the lives of people with and without special needs using the the therapeutic nature of horses.
Trinity Farm believes that we can bring people together based on our shared experiences and joy rather than hardship or limitations.
Equine Activities for ALL Abilities!
Trinity Farm does not discriminate against race, gender, sexuality, religion or nationality. Trinity Farm accepts students based upon our organization’s ability to meet the needs of the participant. In order to provide the most rewarding experience, Trinity Farm can only accept students for which it has the appropriate horses, staff and volunteers.

Why Horses?
Horses are powerful animals. They build relationships with others based upon trust and respect. By riding and working around them our participants learn about compassion, faith, strength and responsibility.

Our Programs
Riding Lessons
Our PATH International Certified instructors work closely with riders to reach goals and develop new skills. Riders build strength and improve coordination by learning English riding techniques that promote balance and rhythm. Private and group lessons are available for all abilities and levels of riding.
Competitions
Our riders have the option of competing on the Trinity Farm Equestrian Team. Horseback riding is not typically a team sport but Trinity Farm encourages its students to create lasting friendships, experience new challenges and demonstrate the skills they have worked so hard to attain. Team members compete in lead-line classes, Special Olympics, dressage shows and events in the North East Ohio Mini Trial Association. (See our blog for details!)
Group Volunteer Events
Volunteer with your business, school, or service group. Fence painting and other projects are always happening at the farm. Come get your hands dirty and know that you and your friends made a difference! (Volunteers must be 12 years of age or older. Volunteers 12-14 must have a parent or guardian volunteer along side them.)
Volunteers
Weekly program volunteers keep Trinity Farm running smoothly! Volunteers provide horse care, sidewalking support and leadership to our lessons. Volunteers include service learning students from local high schools, college students, veterans who have completed our Operation SERVE program, and community members who are happy to dedicate their time to improving the experience at Trinity Farm for our students. Thank you so much to our current volunteers for all you do! (Volunteers must be 14 years of age or older.)
Educational Days
Educational Days at Trinity Farm are a time for students of all abilities to deepen their understanding of horse care, and make new friends. Topics include veterinary care, dentistry, farrier visits and more!
Instructors
Trinity Farm's caring and talented Instructors are certified by PATH International, an organization that prides its self in being the leader of safety in equine assisted activities and therapeutic riding across the globe. All instructors are also certified as Coaches by Special Olympics Ohio and by the Red Cross in CPR & First Aid.
Veterans
Trinity Farm offers a variety of services for active and retired military. Operation SERVE is a great stepping stone that can lead to volunteer opportunities as well as therapeutic riding!
Our Facility
Rolling pastures, outdoor dressage arena, galloping fields, walking paths, 28 stalls and one of the largest indoor arenas in NE Ohio make up the 26 acres know as Trinity Farm. Spectators can watch lessons in the comfort of a heated lounge or ring side bleacher seating. Trinity Farm is a PATH International Member Center.
Trinity Farm's Equestrian Team

Trinity Farm's Equestrian Team was organized in 2011. Each team member has won awards but the true success is shown outside of the arena.
